The Witch Wore Blue Velvet

Elphaba is green with envy, and so is every witch at Hogwarts. This sumptuous midnight blue cotton velvet hat is everything a witch chapeau should be. The brim is wide and mysterious; it projects about 6 inches from the forehead and is fully wired so you can bend it to your will. The cone reaches about 18 inches and is also wired so you can bend it for a quirky touch or leave it pointer straight for channeling. Green/blue iridescent sheer fabric band gracefully drapes the base of the crown, gathered by a buckle with glass gems that sparkle. A tall spray of peacock feather plumes and spears and that decadent drama, and all adorn the hat in the most striking manner.
